The cancellation policy for Freedom Travel Planners travel packages varies depending on the package selected and the time of cancellation. Our travel experts will provide you with the specific cancellation policy for your package at the time of booking.

Travel Protection is always recommended and will usually cover cancellation fees if canceled by the cancelation date of your trip package.

We accept credit cards and debit cards. Depending on the type and duration of your trip, we may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. We will inform you of the payment terms and conditions before you confirm your reservation. 

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your booking. We strongly recommend you purchase travel protection with your trip package, which is added by default. Depending on your trip package you may be able to cancel your trip without penalty. If you dont have travel protection, we will try our best to accommodate your requests, but please note that some fees and penalties may apply depending on the cancellation date and the terms of the suppliers. We will inform you of the cancellation and refund policies before you confirm your reservation. 

Yes, you may need a valid passport and visa to enter all countries. It is your responsibility to check the entry requirements and obtain the necessary documents before your departure. We are not liable for any delays or rejections by the authorities. 

Travel insurance is not mandatory, but we highly recommend it for your peace of mind and protection. Travel insurance can cover you for unforeseen events such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, theft, and more. We can help you find the best travel insurance plan for your needs and budget. 

When you recieve your trip confirmation you will get contact information for the airline, hotel and transfers. Please call that number first for assistance as they can assist faster than we could while you are traveling. If you cannot reach the travel assistance contact, then you can call us for assistance.
